1. Who we are
This store is operated by BirdBough ("we", "us"). By placing an order or using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Orders and acceptance
An order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we send you the shipping confirmation email, not when you click "Add to cart". We may decline or cancel an order if the item is out of stock, if the price or description was listed in error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel after taking payment, we refund in full.
Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. The price that applies is the one shown at the moment you check out. Where a comparison ("regular") price is shown, it is our own former or recommended retail price, not a third-party price.
3. Product information
We describe the feeder as accurately as we can, including the technical specifications on the product page. Photographs are for illustration: seed, birds and garden settings are not included, and the colour reproduction of your screen may differ slightly.
Species identification runs on an AI service provided through the mobile app. It requires an account and, for identification features, a subscription with a daily quota. Identification is an aid, not a guarantee of accuracy.
The feeder needs a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network with adequate signal where it is hung. We cannot guarantee performance on a network we cannot test.
4. Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider. We do not store your card details. If a payment is declined or later reversed, we may suspend the order.
5. Delivery, returns and warranty
Delivery estimates, returns and warranty are set out in full in our Shipping and Returns page, which forms part of these terms.
6. Your content
If you send us photographs or video of your feeder, you keep ownership. You give us permission to show it on this site and in our marketing, with credit where you ask for it. You confirm you have the right to share it. Ask us at support@birdbough.com and we will remove it.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use this site to break the law, to interfere with its operation, to scrape it at a rate that degrades service for others, or to copy its text and images for a competing store.
8. Our content
The text, photographs, illustrations, logo and page design on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You may not reproduce them commercially without written permission.
9. Liability
We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, for loss of profit or business, or for damage caused by installing the feeder in a way the instructions do not describe.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it. Material changes will be noted on this page with the date below.
